Storz & Bickel is responsible for all their product warranties. To activate the warranty, the product must be registered on their website within the first year of purchase. Please visit the following link to complete the registration: https://www.storz-bickel.com/en/registration

For the Volcano Classic Vaporizer, there is a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you register your device on the Storz & Bickel website, you will receive an additional one-year warranty.

If you encounter any issues with your device within the warranty period, you will need to file a warranty request through your Storz & Bickel account.

Warranty is not applicable to mouthpieces & accessories as they are replaceable items.

Although you have the option to return the device to us to complete this process on your behalf, please note that this will result in a much longer repair or replacement process. We will need to create an account on your behalf, input your information and gather information about your device, which will add a lot more time to the overall process.
